Pedro Lisdero
Pedro Lisdero is a postdoctoral fellow at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and an associate researcher at CONICET. His research focuses on the sociology of bodies and emotions, collective action, social conflicts, digital work and transformations in the world of work.
Pedro Lisdero is a postdoctoral fellow at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Barcelona. He is an associate researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council, CONICET, an associate professor at the National University of Villa María, and a researcher at the Center for Sociological Research and Studies, where he also serves as director of Estudios Sociológicos Editora.
He holds a degree in Sociology from Universidad Siglo 21 and a PhD in Social Studies of Latin America from the Center for Advanced Studies at the National University of Córdoba. He co-directs the Programme of Studies on Collective Action and Social Conflict at the Center for Research and Studies on Cultures and Societies, CIECS-CONICET and UNC, and is a member of the Study Group on Subjectivities and Social Conflicts, GESSYCO.
He has participated in and led research projects on the sociology of bodies and emotions, collective action and social conflicts, transformations in the world of work, and digital work, among other areas. His current research interests lie at the intersection between the metamorphoses associated with digital work and gender-related restructurings, from the perspective of bodies and emotions.
